Ticket Buyer Terms & Conditions

1. Our role

SmplTix is a ticketing platform operated by Smpl Group Limited. We sell tickets as agent for the event organiser, who is responsible for delivering the event.

2. Prices and fees

All prices and fees are displayed before purchase. Completing checkout constitutes agreement to pay the total shown.

3. Your ticket

• Valid only for the specified event
• Issued electronically (QR code or PDF)
• Must be kept secure

4. Transfer and resale

During the MVP phase, tickets are not transferable or resellable via SmplTix.

5. Event changes or cancellation

Governed by the Refund Policy. We will notify you using your provided contact details.

6. Payments

Payments are processed securely via third-party providers such as Stripe. SmplTix is not the event promoter.

7. Refunds

Refunds are facilitated once authorised by the organiser and subject to payment-provider rules.

8. Behaviour and venue rules

You must comply with organiser and venue conditions of entry. Breach may result in refusal of entry without refund.

9. Privacy

Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SmplTix is not liable for event cancellation, postponement or failure by the organiser to deliver the event. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by New Zealand law.
